Located to the west of the city center, these districts are the closest to Mont-Blanc and enjoy a magnificent view of the roof of Europe and the Bossons Glacier.
Very residential, these areas are appreciated for their proximity to the city center, access to which has been facilitated by the addition of a new cycle path to reach the center in ten minutes. Lac des Gaillands, the park and the climbing wall are also easily accessible on foot. The areas are well served by public transport.
The Pècles and Gaillands sector is mainly composed of main residences (apartments or chalets), but sees an increase in its attractiveness to investors, due to the proximity of the city center and prices slightly lower than the other sectors of Chamonix.
