Les Praz

The northern sector of Chamonix gathers most of the most highly rated districts of the Valley.

That of Les Praz concentrates among the most beautiful properties. Its central location, in the heart of the Valley, gives it the benefit of magnificent sunshine and a 360-degree panorama.

The Bois and Tines districts are slightly more distant from the city center but benefit from the same advantages, with proximity to the village of Argentière and its legendary Grands-Montets ski area.

The northern sector is also known for its proximity to the Chamonix golf course and the Flégère ski area, located on the southern slope. The most beautiful chalets in Chamonix are located in this quiet area and close to the city center, where the market is dynamic and the prices high. It is a privileged sector of investment for second homes.
