Le Lavancher - La Joux

The Lavancher and La Joux districts are typical small hamlets located in the upper part of the Valley. Ideally located between Chamonix and the village of Argentière, this sector is well known for its legendary ski area, the Grands-Montets, and its off-piste areas where the best freeriders in the world come to venture.

The Joux district has a train stop, which makes it very accessible. Le Lavancher is not directly served by public transport, but a bus stop is less than a kilometer away.
This sector appeals to lovers of calm and nature who wish to invest in a rural and bucolic setting, still preserved and unknown to the general public. The prices are comparable to those of Les Houches or Argentière.
